Damage to enclosure poles is rare, but can happen if the trampoline is blown over in the wind. This problem can be prevented by using a tie-down kit, which anchors the trampoline to the ground. If your enclosure pole has been damaged, we do offer replacement poles as spares. These poles are sold without the foam protector, which can be ordered separately if required. These poles fit all JumpPod Classic Premium diameters: 10ft, 12ft and 14ft.

Look at where the tops of the vertical curved poles that
hold up the net line up with the base of the trampoline. If you have the
2016 version, the tops of the poles will line up with the outer rail of
the trampoline. |

Look at where the tops of the vertical curved poles that
hold up the net line up with the base of the trampoline. If you have the
2017 version, the tops of the poles will line up with the outer edge of
the black jumping bed/mat (ie the inside of the pads). |
